Program Overview

Unfortunately, most people use only one-third of their listening capabilities and this failure can have costly results. Effective communication is a two-way street. It involves speaking clearly and applying active listening skills to ensure understanding.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this workshop. participants will be able to:

• Identify their listening style and it’s effects
• Request and provide feedback
• Use open questions to clarify understanding
• Listen for both content and emotion

Time Frame

This program requires three two-hour sessions of training.
