Letting Go Of Clutter
Program Overview
If you don’t love it, need it, or use it, its clutter. A cluttered life creates a cluttered mind leading to avoidable stress. According to Marie Kondo, a well known Japanese author, we need to let go of items that no longer spark joy.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Understand the 4-D change model.
- Identify the benefits of de-cluttering
- Partner for success
- Organize and de-clutter every room in the house
Time Frame
This program requires three –two and a half hour sessions or four two-hour sessions.
