Program Overview

To gain respect as a professional, an individual needs to project confidence in their capabilities and communicate effectively. They also need to establish credibility by managing their time and stress.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

• Apply time-savers to replace time-wasters
• Project professionalism visually and verbally
• Identify communication barriers and facilitators
• Value partnering and diversity

Time Frame

This program requires three -two and a half-hour sessions or four two-hour sessions.
