Stress is inevitable and can be managed with coping strategies. Stress improperly managed can result in poor performance, illness, and damaged relationships. Identifying your stressors is the first step to managing them.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the difference between stress and distress
- Identify physical, emotional and behavioral stress symptoms
- Identify stressors affecting the physical and emotional well being
- Create a plan to reduce stress
This program requires a full day of training or two half-days. Each program can be customized to meet specific needs.
