To gain respect as a professional, an individual needs to project confidence in their capabilities and communicate effectively. They also need to establish credibility by managing their time and stress.
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

- Project professionalism visually and verbally
- Identify communication barriers and facilitators
- Value partnering and diversity
This program requires three -two and a half-hour sessions or four two-hour sessions.
